Dr. Bjørn Maribo-Mogensen has been awarded from EFCE (European Federation of Chemical Engineering) the EFCE Excellence Award in Thermodynamics and Transport Properties 2015.
The award is given in recognition of his excellent PhD work on modeling of electrolyte solutions. The PhD work has been carried out at CERE, DTU Chemical Engineering.
In the award letter from EFCE it is mentioned “The Federation congratulates you on your excellent PhD thesis, for which you received the best evaluation results in terms of breadth and depth of the thesis, dissemination of knowledge, originality of the topic studied and of the methodology followed, innovation and industrial relevance, and scientific impact of the work”
With the award follows a cash prize and an invitation to present the work in the ESAT conference (June 11-14, 2015) in Athens, Greece.
