Lucent Petroleum is a privately owned Kazakhstan based oil and gas exploration and production company with a primary interest in acquiring and developing assets in the North Caspian Basin, onshore western Kazakhstan.
The CEO of Lucent is a CERE alumnus – Justin Brand Ferrell – and we are gratified to be able to continue our collaboration in this way – just as we collaborate with several of our alumni/alumnae who have continued their careers with our member companies.
This once again emphasizes that the education and training of excellent people is one of our primary responsibilities.
