Georgios gave an oral talk on electrolyte thermodynamics, while CERE had five posters, three from Xiaodong on density gradient theory, PT Flash and software, one from Edgar on classical density functional theory and one from Spardha on computer-aided product design.
PPEPPD represents Properties and Phase Equilibria for Product and Process Design.
The PPEPPD Conference provides an effective forum for academic researchers and industrial participants to meet and communicate on the status and future trends in properties and phase equilibria, important to the design of products and/or processes.
Thermodynamics is the main source of inspiration. The conference is held every three years, and it is the second time held in Canada.
IVC-SEP (former CERE) organized this conference in 1986 in Elsinore, Denmark.
